Property flooding is not currently expected.

River levels are high on the River Loddon following recent rainfall but have now started to fall slowly. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today 29/01/25, especially in the Sindlesham Mill area. Further rainfall is possible for today, Wednesday 29/01/25, which may be heavy at times. River levels are expected to continue to fall slowly but will remain sensitive to any further rainfall.

We are closely monitoring the situation and if internal property flooding is forecast we will issue a flood warning. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 30/01/25, or before if the situation changes.
