The site is designed to offer free basic predictions for UK locations to visitors, with the option to purchase various related products.

This website should not be used in any way not intended by us. You may not use automated scripts, programs or other tools to access the data in bulk.

You may not use the site to transmit illegal or objectionable material, to harrass any person or persons, to breach any law (including Copyright law) or in a way that disrupts the functionality and availability of the site.

Any information that you provide to the site to make use of its features should be complete and accurate.

Online Payments

Depending on the user's selection, the site will direct users to a payment processor as part of the checkout process in order to safely make a payment online. We are not responsible for the functionality or reliability of these 3rd-party sites or any losses incurred by the user for using those sites.

After completing a purchase you should receive one email from the Payment Processor you selected and one email from us confirming that your order has been received.

Delivery Policy

We endeavour to post your physical purchases at the earliest opportunity. Please view the Web Store Status page for details of posting times, plus any issues that may affect delivery..

Various factors can affect delivery times and as such we cannot guarantee a delivery date for your order.

Digital items such as Website Subscriptions, PDF tide tables and TidePoint data files are usually available shortly after purchase, however please be advised that timely availaility is reliant on notification from the payment processor that a payment has been successfully taken, and that this process can take anywhere from a few seconds to several hours.

Unless otherwise stated, all goods sold on the site are produced on demand, either manually in case case of physical items or electronically in the case of digital purchases.

Reproduction of Digital Purchases

Digital purchases - PDFs, Subscriptions and Data - are for the use of the purchaser only and may not be duplicated for redistribution to anyone else, intentionally or otherwise.

Unauthorised reproduction of TideTimes purchases will result in your account being suspended and reported to UKHO for copyright infringement.

Refunds Policy

Physical Products:
For physical items, if you are not happy with your purchase or have purchased the wrong item by mistake you can return them to us in the condition they were sent within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including postage. You do not need to contact us first to return an item, though it is appreciated.

If we notice two unprocessed orders to the same address that would have resulted in a lower postage cost we will combine those orders into one and make a part refund of your second payment. If we do not notice this, the onus is on the customer to point it out. In this instance we will issue refunds as long after the purchase as we are able, subject to the terms of the relevant payment processor.

Digital Purchases:
You have the right to a refund of any of your digital purchases if you have not downloaded or otherwise used it in the 14 day cooling off period. Digital purchases cannot otherwise be returned or refunded unless they are proven faulty, are not fit for purpose or are not as described.

Liability

Our liability for errors, omissions or product faults shall be limited to the value of the customer's order.

General

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. If any of these terms and conditions is held by any court to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remainter of the terms and conditions.
